By pre-order, we deliver goods from warehouses of partner companies in the USA, Asia and Europe. We offer high-quality spare parts, including parts of the internal combustion engine, electrics, filters, components for the brake system, suspension, spare parts for the engine.
Access to the catalog is possible after registration on the APEC website. Authorized users get the opportunity to search by VIN-code or article, work with effective tools of the percentage, control the stages of shipment online, as well as use the help of a personal manager. The minimum amount of the order is to be $ 10,000.

Flexible cost formation is due to the favorable geographical location of APEC (free trade zone in Jebel Ali in the UAE) and direct deliveries of products from the manufacturer. After placing and confirming the order, a prepayment of 20% of the total amount must be made. Payment for orders is made by bank transfer to the bank account of Auto Parts East FZCO. It is also planned to open the possibility of paying by card on the APEC website.
The order formation time is about 14 days and depends on the selected supplier of the selected parts. If there is a need to quickly receive the ordered parts in bulk to Slovakia, we provide an express delivery service to the specified consignee with the specification of the customer's account number, which is registered with DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT or other international logistics company. In this case, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 45 days.

The order collection period from the moment of registration to dispatch is on average 14 days. It depends on the selected supplier. Customers can choose the delivery time and price by tracking the transportation in their personal account on APEC website.
If you have any complaints about non-compliance with the quality or quantity of the items stated in the order, APEC will investigate the reasons of this problem. The shortcomings caused by our company will be compensated. The customer will receive a recalculation of the order value or compensation for delivery costs. Each case is considered individually.
