Our clients get an access to the full catalog for ordering auto parts to the Republic of Ghana. Just need to go through an easy registration on the APEC website. Also will be available to search for spare parts by VIN-code (or article), operational tracking of shipments online at all stages of registration, shipment and delivery. Registered users are provided with support and help in selecting the necessary details from a personal manager. After placing the order, a prepayment of 20% of the total amount is required. This condition allows us quickly complete the collection or purchase of goods for subsequent shipment.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the bank account of Auto Parts East FZCO. It is planned to be able to pay for orders with a bank card on the site.
The amount of the order is to be $ 10,000. The order formation time from the moment of registration to dispatch varies on average 14 days and depending on the selected supplier. Customers may choose a price and delivery time, also tracking the transportation in their personal account on the APEC website.
If you already cooperate with any transport company, we may deliver spare parts in bulk to the Republic of Ghana by your preferred TC. If necessary, we can organize an express delivery by sending the order to the specified consignee with the specification of the customer's account number registered with DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT or other international logistics company. Delivery time vary from 3 to 45 days.
We are always tried to do everything to make the delivery for customers profitable and convenient as possible. We are open to cooperation with reliable cargo carriers.
We ensure a standard package of documentation, which is provided by the rules of international trade and shipment of goods (invoice, packing list, air / seaway bill). Upon request, we can provide a certificate of origin that confirms the country of origin of the goods.
If you have any questions or complaints about non-compliance with the quality or quantity of the product in your order, APEC will investigate the reasons of the problem. If the defects are caused by our company, the client gets a recalculation of the order value or compensation for delivery costs. Each case will be considered individually.
