After registering on the APEC website, our clients get access to numerous options for processing orders. In your personal account, customer may track orders, make pre-orders, use personal price lists, and a full auto parts catalogue, able to search for auto parts by VIN-code (or article number). Parts and accessories can be selected by customer or with the help of a personal manager.
The amount of the order is to be $ 10,000. After placing and confirming the order on the website, customers need to make a prepayment of 20% of the total amount. This condition allows us to quickly complete the collection or purchase of goods for subsequent shipment. Payment for the order is made by bank transfer to the bank account of Auto Parts East FZCO. It is planned to open the possibility of paying by bank card on the website. APEC has its own IT structure for secure payments and confidentiality of customer data.
The order collection period from the moment of registration to dispatch is usually 14 days. It depends on the selected supplier. Customers may choose the delivery time and price by tracking the transportation in their personal account on the APEC website.
If it is necessary, we may arrange express delivery. We send auto parts wholesale to the Republic of the Gambia to the specified consignee with the specification of the customer's account number registered with DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT or other international logistics company. Delivery time may vary from 3 to 45 days.
We always try to make delivery for clients profitable and convenient, and we are always open to cooperation with responsible cargo carriers. If you already cooperate with any transport company, then you can tell us their contacts and we will send the cargo to your preferred TC.
If you have any questions about quality or quantity of the product specified in the order, APEC will conduct an investigation to find the causes of this situation. And if, as a result of the audit, it turns out that the shortcomings were caused by our company, the cost of the order will be recalculated or the customer will be compensated for the cost of delivering the order.
